Refund policy
For any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from otrifowd.com, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. To request a return or exchange, you could either do it through your account used for placing the order or contacting us via email service@otrifowd.com. Be prepared to provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange. Please notice that the shipment cost is not refundable.
30-Day Price Protection Policy
Eligibility: The Price Match Guarantee applies only to identical products that are currently in-stock.
Price Drop Verification: A price drop must be verifiable on our website or on other sales channel.
Price Protection Process: Customers must provide proof of the lower price, with original order number, to service@otrifowd.com. Upon verification, we will refund the difference between the original purchase price and the lower price.
Price Protection Period: The Price Protection Policy is valid for 30 days from the date product was delivered.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 3 business days of the approved request.

New, undamaged, resalable products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Once your return request has been verified and the returned item(s) was/were inspected, the refund process will be handled by Otrifowd CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE TEAM within 3-5 business days.

- For safety reasons, item(s) cannot contain oil, gas, or hazmat when return or exchange.
