How long will we process your order?
After the order has been paid, the warehouse will take 1-2 business days to process your order.
How long does delivery take?
Flat delivery will normally take 5-12 business days.
* We always aim to provide the best purchase experience. Due to COVID-19, air travel has been restricted, which affects our ability to deliver products as quickly and efficiently as we do during normal times. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I change or cancel my order?
This process varies according to your order type and which stage the order is in.
To cancel a Ship-to-Home order, send an e-mail to service@otrifowd.com to cancel the order online. You may also contact our online Customer Support to assist you with canceling orders. Please be noted that you can only cancel your order within 45 minutes after the purchase is made. Once the 45-minute window has passed, the order cannot be canceled. If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items following our return policy.
Online Customer Support can be reached by contacting us at service@otrifowd.com. We will get back to you within 24 business hours. Please provide your original payment information along with your request.
What countries do we ship to?
We currently ship all products to United States, Canada, and Australia. We will continue to unlock new countries and regions. Please reach out to us at service@otrifowd.com if you would like us to ship to your countries and regions.
We cannot deliver to the following areas:
Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories and P.O BOX.

How can I track my package?
You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number when the shipping label is created.
How will my delivery be shipped?
We ship our products with a combination of shipping methods to best serve our customers. Shipping methods include Direct-Shipping from our headquarter warehouse in China, our satellite warehouses in the US and Third-Party Shipping by our logistics partner--Amazon. Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out OtriFowd's products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package or drop the order after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is on route.
