The difference between Fullshade 1.0 and Fullshade 2.0, and why the latter is priced lower?
FullShade 1.0 is a one-piece complete product. FullShade 2.0 is an assembly-style product.There are some upgrades to Fullshade 2.0 for Model Y.
- Seamless Integration: We've changed the full-frame design to a 4-pieces assemble type design, which greatly reduces the product's volume, solving transportation restrictions and lowering shipping costs.
- Expanded View: We've optimized the frame to minimize its width, increasing the visible skylight area by 13% compared to the previous generation.
- More Friendly in Usage: The curtain, which originally opened 5/5, has been changed to 3/7, making it easier for the driver to open and close the sunshade.
- Much Cheaper in Price: The upgrade frame is more convenient for shipping, which allows us to provide a lower price for our customers.
The upgraded Fullshade still uses the same heat-insulating material as the first generation, maintaining excellent heat insulation performance. The only difference is the lower shipping costs, which result in a lower price. We hope that it will become cheaper and that more Tesla users will be able to purchase this product at a lower price.
I bought the wrong color for the product. Is it possible to change color?
Firstly, you need to contact our customer support team to confirm if the shipment has been made. If it has not been shipped, we can make the necessary changes in the backend system. If the shipment has already been made, we can send you a new set once we receive the returned item from you. Alternatively, you can place a new order and we will expedite the shipping for you. Once the previous order is delivered, you can return it to us for a refund.
What should I do if I encounter problems during product installation?
Please send us any relevant videos and photos to service@otrifowd.com and provide us with the production year and origin of your Tesla. We will be happy to assist you with the necessary help.
About Shipment
I purchased several products. Why was only one item delivered?
Due to the difference in package sizes, they would be split into several shipments. You can patiently wait or inquire with our customer service team: service@otrifowd.com.
Can it be sent to regions other than Canada, the United States, and Australia?
For shipping to other regions, the shipping fee may apply. If you would like to proceed with placing an order and require assistance, you can contact us through service@otrifowd.com.
If I am not available at home for a certain period of time, is it possible to adjust the delivery schedule?
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with scheduling appointments on our backend system. However, as soon as we have the tracking number for your order, we will promptly provide it to you. You can schedule the delivery time with the logistics company using the tracking number.
